The hotel experience was fantastic with exquisite rooms and extensive food and beverage options making it tempting not to leave. However, some service aspects like uninvited cleaning staff visits were off, but the location was exceptional and ideal for exploring Vienna's delights.
I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, like proper suites, and even had a courtesy mini bar. The giant bath, yoga mat, and Valrhona chocolates at bedtime were such lovely touches. However, there was no music or atmosphere to liven things up.
